Refund Policy

At On The Rocks, we want every experience with us to be a great one. Below are our current refund policies:
Liquor Store Purchases
All alcohol and tobacco product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to state regulations. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Bar Purchases
Food and drink purchases made at the bar are non-refundable. If there's an issue with your order, let our staff know immediately -- we'll do our best to make it right.
Golf Simulator Reservations (coming soon)
Once active, simulator reservations will be refundable with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be eligible for credit at our discretion.
Event Bookings
Event deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 7 days in advance. Final terms will be provided during booking.
